Meet Gaby Ferreyra.

The inner west and I have a long-standing love affair. We immigrated to Australia in 1985 and I was placed straight into kindy at Annandale Public School. After a few months at my grandmother’s in Glebe, we rented in Camperdown before my parents bought their first Sydney home in Stanmore. My sisters and I all went to Leichhardt High School. After finishing school I worked in several sales jobs whilst studying a BA at Sydney University. My passion for real estate was born in 2007 when I started researching & buying investment properties on behalf of my dad and architect/builder brother-in-law. I was immediately hooked! I have successfully bought and sold my very own properties in Newtown, Ashfield, Dulwich Hill and Brisbane and now owner occupy a cute terrace in Enmore. From 2013, I worked as a Real Estate Agent for 3 years in Brisbane focusing on the inner city and inner west and sold many homes to investors and owner-occupiers, including a large off-the-plan development in West End. On my return to Sydney in 2016, I commenced work as residential property sales copywriter for Ray White Erskineville where I could satisfy my property infatuation inspecting multiple inner west properties daily which helped maintain my solid understanding of local property prices and changes in the market. Scout Property was launched in 2018 and helping my clients find their home sweet homes and high performing investment properties is what I used to do for fun (true story). Instead of scouting Sydney-wide like other buyer’s agents, I decided that inner west property is where my heart truly lies. So with some inner city exceptions on the inner west border, we focus solely on the inner west property market. With my streamlined approach and strong industry connections, I look forward to helping you achieve your property goals too.
